Loved the hotel. Our room on the 14th floor had a view over the station and a panoramic view to the Vasco da Gama bridge and the river. The room was a good size and very comfortable, with good en-suite facilities. Staff were universally friendly and helpful and keen to ensure our satisfaction. Breakfast was good, with a comprehensive selection to suit all palates. We had one dinner in the Guilty Restaurant which was OK. The choice on the menu were good and reasonably priced. We sampled the cocktails in the Sky Bar, but note that booking is probably recommmended. The underground car park was welcome in the city but some of the spaces are tricky to get into. Fortunately, we managed to find one that gave us easy access to the exit, even if it did take a bit of effort to get into. Loved the hotel and would definitely consider it again if we return to Lisbon.

On arrival our room was not suitable. There had been many flight cancellations and, as our own flight had been delayed resulting in our late arrival, our room had been given away. I think the hotel had assumed that we were two adults and two children but we were actually too mothers with two grown-up daughters travelling as a four. We needed a quadruple room (which is what we had booked) but on being shown to our room there were insufficient beds for four adults. The problem was discussed and we were moved to another room which, although slept all four of us, was not appropriate for a party our size. We were advised the next day that we were being moved to a larger room and were compensated by complementary breakfast also. We cannot fault the service that we received after the initial problem.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Oriente train station. I had come from Porto after a conference and was flying back to Australia from Lisbon the very next day. It was great to be able to walk to the hotel from the station and have a day to relax. I was met with a very friendly check-in experience and the room was large and comfortable. The bed was especially so. While there aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, the Sky Bar was a lot of fun - offering great views and good food. I normally stay in the city centre so it was fun to see a new neighborhood in Lisbon. The breakfast was also very good!

We liked everything about this hotel. we booked this hotel last minute after being disappointed with our initial booking...Bruno at the front desk was super amazing. He upgraded our room after hearing of our ordeal with our initial booking...the suite was clean and spacious...the views were spectacular, especially at nights.. it's close to a huge mall and the metro. Thank you to the staff for making our stay exceptional. Ooops...I almost forgot the amazing breakfast. Breakfast there is like a brunch ( with the exception of 🍸) amazing..amazing..amazing!

The breakfast was excellent and the spread was great. The staff was super helpful, at the reception as well as at the breakfast place. They very sweetly gave us an upgrade to a room with a view of the sea. The room was comfortable for 3 of us and when we forgot to request for a room cleaning on one of the days, they sent the essentials and cleaned up the bins when were returned at night. That was super lovely of them. It's super close to the train and airport and that's a huge plus. It was reasonable in terms costing and it's rating as a hotel.
